A short look back at our success story.

1. 1975 - The foundation stone for the subsequent 'applied international informatics' is laid when the firm of Seitz GmbH is founded
2. 1984 – The company manages to establish its own development of the standard ERP software DIAPROD on the German market for mid-sized companies
3. 1997 - Seitz GmbH is taken over by applied international informatics, formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of the leading industrial corporation VA TECHNOLOGIE AG
4. 1997 – Seitz GmbH is renamed 'applied international informatics GmbH & Co. KG'; the abbreviated form of the name is ai informatics
5. 1998 - With the migration of the DIAPROD solution to the market-leading SAP technology as the basis for SPEED industry solutions ai informatics succeeds in making its mark even more prominently on the mid-sized company market
6. 2005 – As a result of the take-over of VA TECHNOLOGIE AG by Siemens AG ai informatics becomes an independent subsidiary of the Siemens IT Solutions and Services division, enabling it to continue its successful development
7. 2009 – In response to the increased demand for competent IT services a second division is created in addition to the Solutions division. The development of the specific ai informatics Key Services section opens up new dimensions in full-service operations focused on mid-sized companies in specific industries. This makes it possible to offer success-creating IT services to customers who are not so far working with a software solution from ai informatics.
